Colonel Likkin's Southern Fried Chicken is the number one chicken eatery in Papen County. The secret recipe has been kept highly confidential for many years, although the owner and founder, Colonel Likkin, was in talks with Der Waffle Iron owner, the Waffle Nazi, to begin working together. Likkin was deep-fried to death as an act of revenge, along with the recipe, during the Comfort Food Cook-Off. After the recipe was recovered, it was passed on to Widow Likkin, who intended to work with a local doughnut company in the manufacture of finger-lickin' doughnut holes.
