Heather Hundin is the second (of four contemporaneously) wife of famed dog breeder Harold Hundin. She is a pet psychologist and host of the hit weekly radio show, "Doggonit". After the death of her husband, she is interrogated by Ned, who has switched names with his dog, Digby to go undercover. She appears only in "Bitches".
