Jim Dale

Jim Dale provides the voice of the Narrator on Pushing Daisies.

Dale's voice is most well recognized for reading the audio adaptations of the Harry Potter series of books. As a singer and songwriter, he has enjoyed success in writing for the 1966 British film Georgy Girl, which was nominated for an Academy Award. In 1972, he appeared as a young Spike Milligan in the United Artists film Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall, and as the villainous Doc Terminus in Disney's Pete's Dragon opposite Red Buttons' sidkick character "Hoagie." In 1980, he won the Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for the title role in the musical Barnum.

Where is he now?

As of May 24, 2009, ever since the cancellation of Daisies, Dale has no upcoming credits.
