Lae Di Ting

Lae Di Ting is the widower of Bao Ting, the murdered steamed bun chef from the Dim Sum restaurant. While picking up her husbands personal effects from the restaurant, she encounters Emerson Cod, whom she hires to investigate her husbands murder. She relates to the P.I. her and Bao's story of coming to America, and Bao's quest to own his own restaurant, and how shortly before his death, he muttered "Pressure" to himself.
After Emerson Cod learns that Dim Sum Manager Rubbie Wu murdered Bao, Lae Di receives part of the insurance pay out from her daughter Mei, she pays him for his work.
Lae Di appears in "Oh Oh Oh...It's Magic".
