Manuel is the janitor who cleans The Pie Hole after hours.
He often listens to his headphones and dances to the music as he cleans, which led to him unwittingly participating in Olive's fantasy musical number to the tune of "Hopelessly Devoted to You," which she sang one night when she was particularly distraught over the blossoming relationship between Ned and Charlotte "Chuck" Charles.[1]
