Pinky McCoy is a former jockey. He works as a bartender for the Saddle Sores Saloon for jockeys. He is the second victim of "the ghost" of John Joseph Jacobs. When Ned touches him, he reveals that he was the one responsible for giving "the snip" to Jacobs' girth in the Jock-Off 2000, which he placed second in.[1]
